Lift Tickets:

The e-coupon for rentals will either show on your phone or print and bring with them and pay the day of for rentals 

Seven Springs is cashless but takes all credit cards.

Your guests will need the waiver if doing rentals and lessons. If guests are doing both they will need 2 copies.

*Full payment is taken at the time of reservation in US dollars.


Cancellation and Modification:
*Changes within 24 hrs. of the start day must be made at the resort guest services in resort or call :800-452-2223.
*Adjustments made at the resort are based on the window rate on the day of the adjustment.

*Online advance purchase rates are available online only.
*Additional days purchased at the ticket window must be at the window rate.
*Prices are based on your first day on the slopes and may change without notice.
*Lift tickets are non-refundable with exceptions: Unused Lift Ticket: Full or partial refund if requested by 5 PM MST on
the expiration date. Illness/Injury: Partial or full refund if unable to use due to illness or injury.

The Slopeside Hotel is a 414 room hotel featuring suites, king, two queen and executive rooms,
11 food and beverage outlets , including quick-service dining, full-service dining, bars, and
Helens fine dining. We offer 77,000 square feet of indoor meeting and function space. Lodge
amenities include the Trillium Spa and Salon, year round indoor heated pool, seasonal outdoor
pool, complimentary shuttle service throughout the resort, retail shops, and seasonal ski and
snowboard shop. The lobby offers a microwave for guest use & safety deposit boxes are
available upon inquiry with the Front Desk.

Perfectly appointed rooms and suites include balcony or patio for hotel tower or traditional
rooms, flat screen TVs, wireless internet, pillow top mattresses, work stations, USB/charging
stations, in-room coffee makers, hair dryers, refrigerators in each room, iron and ironing
boards. All Rooms are non-smoking. ADA complaint hotel rooms are available. Pet friendly
