Accommodations:
- Queen + Queen hotel rooms at the Cambria Hotel.
- Breakfast is included at the onsite restaurant (eggs, bacon, sausage, potato’s, French toast, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, breakfast breads)
- Each hotel room has a fridge. There are 2 hot tubs on site and a fitness center.
- Can walk or ride a shuttle to the ski lifts.
- Equipment Rentals are available at the hotel or can rent directly on the mountain.

Airfare:
- While subject to change, we are currently scheduled on a non-stop United flight round trip out of Baltimore (BWI) to Denver, CO (DEN).
- Please be sure to have a valid REAL ID or PASSPORT!
- If you have United Mileage Plus and/or TSA Pre-Check, please send Heidi your numbers.

Lift Tickets:
Due to an increase in lift ticket prices from when we went under contract for the trip, below are the prices.
- 5 Day lift ticket add $60
- 3 Day lift ticket, subtract $25.
- 4 Day lift ticket, subtract $70.
- 6 Day lift ticket, add $120

- You can easily take the Summit Stage bus to Frisco and from Frisco you can get most places as it is the major transportation hub. Happy to answer any questions as spent over a week skiing in this area last year without a rental car.

- If interested in staying the night of January 30, 2026 near the airport, a block of rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport hotel. Please reach out directly to Heidi for more information on how to reserve a room.
- Ski Day Trip to Arapahoe Basin on Thursday, February 5. If interested, sign up with Heidi. The price of $155 includes 1 day lift ticket and round-trip private shuttle to A-Basin. Can adjust the number of ski days at Copper if you would like as well.
Trip Insurance is highly recommended. Make checks payable to Lebanon Ski Club.
